When to contact us
- Bugs or errors: If the analyzer, compressor, or resizer doesn't work as expected, tell us what you did (e.g. which tool, file type, browser) and what happened. Including your browser name and version, and device type (desktop or mobile), helps us fix issues faster.
- Feedback or suggestions: Ideas for new features, format support, or improvements are welcome. We can't promise to implement everything, but we read and consider all feedback.
- Privacy or terms: For questions about our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, check those pages first. For anything not covered there, email us.
- Partnerships or licensing: For business inquiries or licensing questions, use the same contact method and briefly describe your request.
What to expect
We respond as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days. We do not provide technical support for general image-editing or metadata questions beyond how to use our tools; for that, see our FAQ. We do not store your images or any file content you send for debugging; if we need a sample to reproduce a bug, we will ask and handle it according to our privacy policy.
